About the Role

To lead the design, development, and execution of digital learning strategies and training programs that enhance the capabilities of AIA Cambodia’s agency force. This role ensures the integration of digital tools and blended learning methodologies to support the growth, productivity, and professionalism of Life Planners and Agency Leaders.

Develop and implement a digital training roadmap aligned with agency distribution goals.

Lead the creation and deployment of e-learning modules, microlearning videos, and virtual classrooms.Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is engaging, up-to-date, and accessible.Design and produce high-quality training content (scripts, storyboards, videos, quizzes).Localize regional training materials to fit the Cambodian market and cultural context.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for content production.

Support the rollout of onboarding, new product rollout, refresher training, and leadership development programs through digital platforms.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data analytics and feedback tools.Ensure consistency and quality across all digital training initiatives.

Work closely with Agency Leaders, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to identify training needs.

Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to empower internal trainers and field leaders.Provide coaching and support to ensure adoption of digital learning tools.Stay updated with digital learning trends and technologies.Recommend and implement innovative learning solutions (e.g., gamification, mobile learning).Drive a culture of continuous learning and digital readiness within the agency force.
