Description We are looking for a Training Manager to oversee the development and implementation of effective training programs tailored to organizational needs. This Contract-to-Permanent position is based in Knightdale, North Carolina, and offers an opportunity to shape employee growth through innovative learning solutions. Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, including e-learning modules, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
• Utilize tools such as CRM systems and EXPRESS to track and analyze training outcomes.
• Manage training budgets and optimize resources for efficient program execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote training programs and increase employee engagement.
• Ensure all training materials meet regulatory compliance and support customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers during training implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine training methods. Requirements • Proven experience in managing training programs, including e-learning module development.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and tools like Elite and EXPRESS.
• Strong analytical skills to conduct gap analyses and interpret training data.
• Knowledge of budget processes and resource allocation for training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engagement.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and customer satisfaction strategies.
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and organizational needs.
