Requirements • Proven experience in managing training programs, including e-learning module development. • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools like Elite and EXPRESS. • Strong analytical skills to conduct gap analyses and interpret training data. • Knowledge of budget processes and resource allocation for training programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and engagement. • Familiarity with compliance requirements and customer satisfaction strategies. • Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles and organizational needs. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
