The Training Manager – Manufacturing develops and implements training and development programs for Oshkosh AeroTech, Jetway team members. This role supports the design and deployment of strategic learning programs across Jetway with a focus on leading our new-hire training program.
This is a 5 day a week, onsite role, located in Ogden, UT.
YOUR IMPACT:

Manage daily operations of the Training Center including planning, scheduling, marketing, and logisticsDevelop and maintain training curriculum, materials, and presentationsManage procurement, distribution, and maintenance of training equipment and technologyCoordinate training plans, contracts, quotations, and supplier relationshipsConduct ongoing research to enhance training offerings and methodsCollaborate across departments to align training with organizational needsCommunicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verballyMaintain training records, reports, and ensure regulatory complianceManage training budgets, identifying opportunities for cost efficiency and improvementSupport and guide team members on training-related mattersLead training staff - assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedbackStay informed on industry trends and best practices in training and developmentSupport any other special projects the HR team needs assistance withMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Seven plus years experience in Training and/or Management/Organization DevelopmentSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointHands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical assemblyCertified Forklift and Scissor Lift TrainerOSHA 10 certifiedBachelor’s degree in Training or Human Resources OR equivalent experience in instructional and program designSolid understanding of adult learning principles and their practical applicationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInnovative/creativeStrong interpersonal skillsFocus on results and qualityAbility to handle data with confidentialityWORKING CONDITIONS:

$72,200.00 - $116,200.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
