Functions and responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of AS9100 standards and aerospace industry practices preferrable.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing or aerospace environment or another highly regulated industry.Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.Desired Traits
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain technical topics in a clear, accessible manner.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
