What You’ll Do:
As the friendly face of our Learning & Development team, as a Part-Time Training Generalist you'll ensure smooth operation of BAMSI University (our Docebo LMS) while supporting engaging training experiences. This position is perfect for an organized problem-solver who loves helping others learn.
Provide frontline support for BAMSI U - troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and assist users.Generate training reports and help develop the agency training calendar.Maintain training records and certifications in the LMS.Assist with training program logistics (materials prep, room setup, scheduling)Occasionally conduct trainings and travel to other sites (Brockton/Foxboro/Worcester)
What You Bring:
2+ years in training/LMS administration (nonprofit experience a plus).Tech savvy with MS Office; Docebo/Articulate 360 knowledge preferred.Superb organizational skills and customer service mindset.Ability to lift 20 lbs and rearrange training setups.Valid driver's license for occasional travel.(Bonus) Training certs (First Aid/CPR) or multilingual abilities.
