Training Coordinator SWE

We are now looking for a Training Coordinator to join Nissan's eNEST business division (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden) at our Sweden office.

How can you contribute and have an impact?

Coordinate product, process, skills, SMIT & technical training related mattersSupport RBU teams in production, localization and execution of all training related material and activities, vehicles & aftersalesLiaise with RBU training department to ensure consistency of training administration and developmentAct as key local liaison regarding training in SwedenAct as Nissan Sweden training interface with training back-officeCoordinate the Learning Management System for Sweden/Norway/DenmarkLocal coordination of training software and calendarsManage agent network communication processes regarding trainingSupport internal brand & product related trainingMaintain NSSW (Nissan Sales and Service Way) aligned with real lifeCoordinate training vehicle fleet in local marketCoordinate agent training related payments and reportingCoordinate proof-reading and validation, as well as updating of training materialProvide local training forecast and reportingCoordinate business relations with local training providers

What are we looking for:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably within the automotive industryExperience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageousHigher education at the Bachelor's level in business, education, or equivalentExperience in a similar training role is a strengthStructured, organized, and hands-on approach to workInitiative and ownership of one's area of workAbility to work in a dynamic environmentReadiness to speak in front of an audienceAbility to work under pressureFlexible and open mindsetGood IT skills; experience with learning management systems is an advantageFluency in Swedish and English is a must both verbal and written
