The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $48,800 - $67,100 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role:
Work with other Academy/learning partners to provide maintenance and support for sessions, facilities, instructors, emails, users to groups, and basic miscellaneous requests ensuring effective daily operations and accurate reporting for these subject-oriented tasksAddress support requests by researching and implementing a documented task specific resolution process, test or verify the outcome accuracy, and communication resolutionMonitor mailbox, decipher and distribute requests to proper person and escalate if immediate attention is neededIdentify opportunities for improvement in data management processes as well as document proven end-user troubleshooting processesDevelop and/or maintain processes regarding the management of the team’s training programsHost virtual training events as producer, as neededMaintain all training records and reporting needed to provide program metrics reportsTest and troubleshoot eLearning courses with assistance of instructional design teamLoad, validate, monitor, and deactivate courses as needed by interfacing with Learning Management System (LMS) owners and through own access to systemsPerform audits to ensure that courses are reviewed annually by owners/authors on a regular basisAdvance with technology and quickly grasp the essence and underlying structure of the changeContribute to special projectsPerform other activities as requested in accordance with role expectationsWhat We are Looking For:
Typically up to 2 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented aboveExcellent interpersonal and team skills; very patient, helpful, and collaborativeAbility to juggle competing projects while maintaining vigilant attention to detailsAbility to be flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changing prioritiesContinuous improvement mindset, and is constantly looking to apply best practicesExceptionally detail-oriented and organizedAnalytical and confident working with numbers and calculations with a high degree of thoroughness and accuracySincere commitment to building and managing high quality learningProven ability to manage many simultaneous projects to meet business goals and objectivesAbility to coordinate with cross-functional teams to help all individuals and teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver clear, concise information and direction to partners and internal teamsHighly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and toolsProven ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholdersAbility to effectively solve problems, make decisions and take action, exercising solid judgmentAbility to maintain a professional attitude and work independently with little guidanceProficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with a specific knowledge of Excel to manipulate data, create pivot tables, use formulas, etc.Preferred Qualifications:
