The **Training Coordinator** has Program-Level oversight on the Training program.
· Plan, direct, and coordinate the training functions across multiple program sites.
· Adjust training plans and implement training development courses and programs aligned with company and customer goals.
· Conduct and arrange for ongoing and periodic training, such as orientation, technical, management development and HR/customer compliance classes and workshops.
· Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs, track and monitor usage and effectiveness.
· Develop training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
· Monitor and maintain current training/employee records.
· Promote proactive, positive employee relations practices, values and culture.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, as well as applicable regulations and standards.
· Evaluate and consolidate information from various sources under short deadlines, such as internal or external survey information, and reporting on employment statistics (retention, equal opportunity reporting, employee turnover, time and attendance, etc.).
· Adheres to company policies and safety programs (Safety-first mentality)
**Minimum Requirements**
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required. MBA preferred.
· At a minimum, holds a certificate in Training and 5+ years’ work experience.
· Effective communicator and excellent problem solver.
· Five years’ aviation maintenance experience is preferred.
· A Safety background is preferred.
**Clearance Requirements**
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI(T1) Public Trust Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization to work at this facility.
**Knowledge & Skills**
· Certification in a learning management system
· Basic knowledge of aircraft systems.
· Basic knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, hydraulic press machine, and those listed in the assigned MDS Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC).
· Working knowledge of technical publications and Logistics Information Systems.
· Able to prioritize workloads to maintain schedules on assigned projects.
**Physical Requirements/Working Environment**
· Works in an office environment.
· Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications.
