Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers. **About the role** The Training Coordinator is responsible for understanding and participating in all aspects of the plants’ various training systems. Training Coordinators assist with annual trainings, develop training plans for new employees and development of existing employees, partner with internal and external teams and subject matter experts to help drive employee retention improvements by supporting and mentoring employees. The Training Coordinator adheres to plant policies, procedures and guidelines complying with regulatory requirements that improve processes delivering world class results in the key areas of Line Efficiencies, Quality, and Cost while meeting our high standards of Safety, Customer Service, and Teamwork throughout their daily job. **Your responsibilities** + Works independently and if issues or problems are identified, works with Management to resolve. + Provides certifications as necessary for new hires and annual recertifications, such as Lock Out Tag Out for Affected and Authorized Employees. + Provide feedback as needed to functional managers related to 30-60-90-day reviews for new employees and mid-year/year-end reviews for trainers. + Plans and co-facilitates classroom training sessions focusing on a wide variety of topics such as: EHS, Quality and technical manufacturing material. + Create Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) as needed following standard protocol for such. + Provide technical training expertise and consultation in support of continuous improvement initiatives and assess training effectiveness on a revolving schedule and provide suggestion for improvement to Training Manager. + Collaborate cross functionally to ensure Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality are included in training initiatives. + Develop and maintain training plan for new and existing employees that will include measurable KPI’s such as a training development plan, training calendar, and Skills Matrix. **The experience we're looking for** + High School diploma or GED + Minimum 1-year experience, preferably in training in the manufacturing field + Must be able to interpret and input performance data to improve processes. + Comfortable with public speaking and adapt to change. + Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels to provide and receive constructive feedback. + Demonstrates strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. · Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, computer software, data processing and Microsoft Office. + Ability to plan and take initiative to resolve work related issues. · Must have strong communication skills and command of English, both verbal and written. · Basic Math skills. · Time management and organizational skills. + Bilingual is a plus. **The skills for success** **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
