Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems (EESS) Division is currently seeking a Training Coordinator in Houston, TX!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67,500 - $99,000 a year.

What you’ll do:As a Training Coordinator, you will provide coordination and support of the training needs for the division including scheduling internal and external training, financial tracking, updating Eaton University courses/catalog, maintaining training calendars, and coordinating administrative functions necessary for smooth operation of the training department. This position reports to the training manager for COE.
In this role, you will:
• Coordinate logistics, catering, and support for both internal and external training
• Assist HR in the onboarding of University hires and Interns for their new hire training
• Maintain Training calendar and schedule for all instructors
• Act as the administrator of Eaton University including recording expenses for training sessions, submitting to accounting for transfer of funds, populate new courses and classes, work with other groups in getting their classes populated in EU, register/cancel/update registration status as necessary
• COE Job Log - Maintain and monitor the Training Dept orders through the Job Log
• Coordinate conference rooms for meetings and training for the building and external venues
• Order and distribute EAFS manuals
• Perform the following tasks in oracle including order reconciliation, billing, and modify orders; create, receive, and modify purchase orders
• Perform the following tasks in Vista including order entry, customer orders (internal & external), and product inquiries. Process credit card billing for customers
• Create profiles for new customers using credit card for payment in Orbital Virtual Terminal
• Process check requests
• Create, collect, and analyze results for various surveys via SurveyMonkey
• Work with the Marketing Department to advertise training to outside customers
Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of support experience with customer service or in a coordinator role
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Houston, TX will be considered. Active-duty military members exempt from this geographical limitation.
• Ability to lift, move and set up demonstration equipment of various weight up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution
• Experience in a training department
• Proven communication, organization, and commercial skills.
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
• Ideally, the incumbent will have technical knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment.
• Professional presence and an ability to establish rapport with a variety of personalities in multiple level of the organization
