Temporary position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:45pm)Training Coordinator
Lead and support four daily self-paced training sessions in a hands-on safety dojo environmentSet up and close the dojo each day, keeping it clean, organized, and ready for learnersMonitor trainee engagement, track attendance and completions, and manage class schedulingPerform light maintenance on equipment, including air compressor troubleshooting and cleaning headphonesFoster a positive, distraction-free learning space by enforcing safety standards and company valuesTraining Coordinator Qualifications:
No formal education requirements—training experience and a safety-first mindset are keyComfortable speaking to and guiding small groups (~12 people) through self-paced learning activitiesFriendly, approachable, and confident interacting with a wide range of team membersBasic troubleshooting skills (e.g., restarting computers, launching software, draining air compressor)Physically able to stand and walk throughout the day while maintaining a high-energy presenceApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
