Training Coordinator
Description We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Training Coordinator to join our team in Wall New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating training initiatives and providing coaching for seasonal benefit counselors. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote work and on-site presence 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities: • Conduct instructor-led classroom sessions and individual training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills for onboarding seasonal benefit counselors. • Assist call center and field enrollers by leading client knowledge transfers and coordinating testing processes. • Analyze learning management system reports to identify coaching opportunities and implement improvements. • Organize and lead both individual and group coaching sessions to ensure skill development. • Develop comprehensive Benefit Counselor Guides to support the onsite team in their roles. • Collaborate in the creation and management of e-learning modules within the Learning Management System. • Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure compliance with training standards. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the training program's success. Requirements • Proficiency in delivering presentations using PowerPoint and creating engaging content. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, including course building, assignment tracking, and reporting. • Experience in call center or customer service environments. • Background in health and life benefits, with understanding of benefit enrollment platforms such as Workday or Paycom. • Excellent communication skills with a focus on training and development. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
