**POSITION SUMMARY**
This position is responsible for executing the property's training program, ensuring compliance with development KPIs, supporting internal communications, culture, and wellbeing initiatives, and leading the trainee program.
Key duties include conducting stand-up training sessions for employee groups, assisting with new employee orientation—including completion of new hire paperwork and ensuring communication of company grooming standards—and supporting training for hiring managers and interviewers on interviewing and selection policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities involve scheduling and coordinating applicant interviews with appropriate managers, conducting interviews for hourly and management roles, assisting in the design and development of training programs, creating training aids and multimedia tools for effective delivery, managing and ordering inventory of training supplies, and preparing logistics for training sessions, such as material organization, classroom setup, and breakdown).
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
**Education** : High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
**Related Work Experience** : At least 1 year of related work experience.
**Supervisory Experience:** No supervisory experience.

**Languages:** Advanced proficiency in English required.
