In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead a team that can ensure all staff, new and current, are trained to the Distribution Center’s standards of safety, quality and productivity Have a thorough understanding of all hourly positions in the warehouse and use that understanding to develop and train the workforce Prepare and maintain training matrixes for staff, audit training plans and SOPs Provide feedback and offer ideas to improve processes and ease of training Audit team members and provide feedback on areas for improvement or retraining Other duties as assigned.For This Role, You Will Need:
High School diploma or equivalent experience 3 years of experience in a training setting or equivalent experience Communication Skills Detailed oriented with ability to follow specific instructions Basic computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Outlook Problem solving and analytical skills Lift max of 35 lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Previous industrial equipment experience Knowledge of adult learning principles and training techniques Fundamental understanding of the work done in a distribution setting Skill in facilitating problem solving and decision-making group sessions, including consensus building JDE knowledge is a plus.
