Training Content Engineer

We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreU As a Training Content Engineer, your primary focus will be to design, develop, and continuously improve high-quality, instructor-led training materials for Universal Robots and MiR. In this role, you’ll lead the development of technical training materials that support instructors, users and partners across Universal Robots’ and MiR. You will be responsible for designing, developing, updating, and validating high-impact training materials for instructor-led classes. You'll collaborate with application engineers, technical trainers, R&D staff, global training partners and the global Academy team. Key responsibilities: + Develop and maintain hands-on, instructor-led training materials for UR cobot applications and MiR autonomous mobile robots + Create train-the-trainer materials for courses + Project manage the full lifecycle of developing a new training course, from needs analysis and technical research to content development, internal/external testing, as well as the administrative rollout across UR/MiR offices and training partners + Align content with global training standards and updates across UR and MiR Qualifications and experience: To be successful in this role, you should have: + A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics or related subject. + A minimum of three years’ experience in the robotics or automation industry + Practical experience in deploying Universal Robots or similar collaborative robot systems + Preferably also practical experience with MiR or other AMR systems + The ability to transform complex technical topics into efficient, learner-friendly training activities + Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken We would also value: + Experience designing or delivering technical training + Familiarity with instructional design methods or adult learning principles + Cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration experience in a global organization As a person, you are: + Analytical and structured in your approach to solving problems + Self-driven and pro-active with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through on deadlines Before you apply: We recommend exploring our free training content at academy.universal-robots.com and mobile-industrial-robots.com/mir-academy to get a sense of the philosophy and quality behind our existing programs.
