Job Title: Training & Compliance Manager
Position Summary
The Training & Compliance Manager ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across corporate offices, assembly plants, and distribution facilities for a leading automotive manufacturer in the Americas. This role focuses on monitoring KPIs, managing training programs, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The manager uses dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, align with regional objectives, and drive continuous improvement across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Performance & Compliance
Develop and implement procedures to maintain consistent service levels in alignment with corporate policies and industry best practices.Monitor site performance through KPIs, dashboards, audits, and compliance reviews, addressing deficiencies promptly.Conduct regular audits of training records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.Ensure completion of all new hire training, client-mandated training, and annual refresher programs.Maintain overall compliance with contract requirements, including operational, safety, and administrative standards.Collaborate with the Client Security Center (CSC) to leverage dashboards, track metrics, and support the vision and CEP in conjunction with regional objectives.Training & Development
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for systems, processes, and site procedures.Partner with site supervisors and managers to implement site-specific and refresher training programs.Support ongoing employee development through coaching, mentoring, and skills training.Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison with corporate leadership and local site management teams.Build strong working relationships with supervisors, project managers, and account teams to align on operational needs.Provide clear, timely updates on service delivery, compliance results, and training progress.Administrative & Reporting Duties
Maintain and report on compliance metrics, training records, staffing data, and KPI performance.Prepare monthly performance summaries detailing hours, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.Assist in process improvement, governance, and cost management initiatives as assigned.Decision-Making & Leadership
Exercise sound judgment in urgent and complex situations.Work independently to manage priorities, ensuring leadership is informed of key developments.Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve service delivery, training outcomes, and operational compliance.Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in training, compliance, operations, or process improvement will be considered.Proven experience in compliance oversight, KPI tracking, and training delivery, ideally in a manufacturing or automotive environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt for different audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and data analysis.Bilingual skills (English and an additional language) preferred.Flexibility to workdays, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Why Join Securitas?
