Training Assistant
Job Title: Training Assistant Job Description The Training Assistant will serve as a coordinator for a well-organized training organization, responsible for the communication of training materials across various functions. This role requires a proactive communicator with a degree or diploma, adaptable to deliver health and safety training to diverse teams. This is a contingent position, available only to local candidates in St. Louis, MO, and requires 100% onsite work from Monday to Friday in a pet-friendly environment. Responsibilities + Assist with safety training sessions or materials. + Review and update documents and spreadsheets. + Support safety and environmental awareness event campaigns. + Perform digital data entry. + Manage training databases. + Walk to various areas on campus and take stairs as needed. Essential Skills + Good organization and communication skills. + Ability to work independently when given a task. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Power Automate or Power BI is a plus. + Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Public Health, or Human Resources is ideal. + High School diploma with relevant training experience is acceptable. + Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Work Environment The role is based in a corporate office setting, with occasional travel to Gray Summit, MO. Candidates must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment and adhere to standard office working hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
