Provides information system administration and support to the Epic Practice Management/EpicCare clinical modules and/or similar clinical or bio systems. Utilize analytical skills to build/maintain clinical system(s). May be responsible for maintenance, training and support as directed by management. Monitors system issues, uses analytical skills to troubleshoot clinical and business related issues including end user difficulties.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceEpicCare EMR certification: There will be no certification required1+ years of experience in applicable healthcare clinical operations, or systems design, configuration, or support in clinic using EpicUnderstanding of Epic applications, Support, and trainingProven excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to effectively communicateProven self-motivated and excels in team and individual environmentsProven problem and analysis solving skillsProven solid ability to translate clinical and operating requirements into clear, specific and actionable system configurations and ability to implement those configurationsProven ability to document in service desk and close out related user issues and ticketsProven ability to design, develop and update training documentation and materialsValid Texas driver's license

Essential Duties:
Project Management: Follows KSC Project Management tools and processes, change control tools and documentation processesTeams: Provide clinical and business team support as needed for projects, optimization or service desk areas. Work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with members of other application teams/management to ensure proposed system changes are thoroughly vetted and potentially adverse downstream consequences are discoveredCustomer Service: Provide training and guidance to IT staff and/or (internal/external) customers. Keep accurate records of discussions and/or correspondence with such. Mentor staff in improving customer service excellence. SLA and deadline timeliness: assign, monitor and review IT SharePoint change control, PMO, and other project tickets assigned and resolveInterpersonal Skills: Strong positive attitude, interpersonal and relational skills, ability to make and keep commitments, meet project timelines, and provide outstanding customer service is required. Communication regarding technical matters in language easily understood by non-technical staff is required. Possesses the ability to be flexible in changing situations, meet changing priorities, and solve new and existing problems. Understands the value of adaptability with patients, customers, clinicians and business ownersReliability: Meets expectations for completion of duties as assigned in the required timeframes. Meets deadlines for regular duties and projects without management intervention. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
