Training and Development Program Specialist
**Training and Development Program Specialist** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Develop and manage comprehensive internship and new hire rotational programs that align with organizational objectives and provide participants with structured learning experiences. + Work closely with department managers and HR to define program goals, identify skill gaps, and ensure alignment with business needs. + Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to integrate interns and new hire rotational employees effectively. + Manage all logistical aspects of the programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation. + Monitor and assess program effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. + Cordinator or similar role, with a track record of coordinating comprehensive internship and rotational programs in a corporate environment. + 3–5 years of experience in training and development, program coordinator, or a similar role. + Strong organizational and project management abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. **What we offer you:** + 11 Paid Holidays + 15 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days + Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance + 401k with 6% company match + Employee Assistance Program + Employee Wellness Program + Bonus Programs + Onsite cafeteria with subsidized meals (La Porte Service Center) No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role. **Do you have a question about the role?** Reach out to Jerome Blalack at Jerome.Blalack@sulzer.com or Hiring Manager – Christine Carroll. **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
