As a Training and Development Partner, you’ll be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for employees across your region and the organization. You’ll assess learning needs, identify training solutions, and implement initiatives that enhance employee performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess regional and organization-wide learning and development needs
Identify and prioritize suitable training solutions
Assist with HR new hire orientation for assigned region(s)
Administer the learning management system (LMS)
Support training investigations and action plans
Maintain training requirement databases and tracking systems
Assist with internal and external audits related to training records
Design and implement effective training methods and materials
Coordinate professional development opportunities and budgets
Maintain training calendars and communication channels
Develop tools such as newsletters, course content, videos, and visual aids
Create course documentation including objectives, content, and evaluation criteria
Conduct performance-based evaluations of training effectiveness
Coordinate internal and external training opportunities
Serve as a certified trainer for internal programs (e.g., CPR/FA, CPI)
Facilitate workshops/trainings with external partners
Visit facilities to support training initiatives
Demonstrate alignment with company goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred
High School Diploma and at least two (2) years of experience in Training and Development or a closely related field required
Knowledge of adult learning theories strongly preferred
Related training certifications preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of training principles and presentation techniques
Understanding of individual and group behavior
Effective communication with a diverse workforce
Skilled in time management, organization, and customer service
Resourceful in planning and applying program rules to curriculum
Analytical decision-making regarding training costs and effectiveness
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and web-based applications
Strong project management and public speaking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality
Willingness to travel as needed
