Training and Change Management Specialist

Summary: The Training Specialist develops materials and assesses workforce readiness to support adoption of the data governance framework and self-service tools. *This role is based in Falls Church, VA with possible telework. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Develop training for data mesh and governance Produce Training Impact Assessment and user guides Evaluate onboarding friction and usability Support stakeholder engagement for adoption Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS systems, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to create change communication plans and engagement strategies Familiarity with performance metrics and evaluation methods for training effectiveness Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field Prosci or similar change management certification Mid-level (3-5 years, 2+ in DoD/healthcare) 3+ years in training/change management Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DoD training programs Familiarity with data governance tools Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually.
