As a Training and Change Management Specialist in Property and Procurement, you will provide training, reporting and insights to support key business leader initiatives. In collaboration with others, will improve processes and offer recommendations to ensure colleagues have informative, relevant and inspirational training. You will consult with business partners and research trends to keep training and change management ideas fresh.
Primary responsibilities include:
Required Skills/Experience:
3 years of experience designing and delivering training for internal colleagues5 years experience of designing and executing change management in a large corporate environmentStrong visual, verbal and written communication skillsCustomer empathyTechnical Skills: Video editing, voice production, training needs analysis, instructional development, storytelling, project management, test feedbackEvaluation methods: practical tests, portfolio review, project management scenarios, communication exercises, empathy scenarios and feedback analysisEducation
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40 hrsWork Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - FridayRole is onsite in Johnston, RI.
