**Job Description: Training and Certification Coordinator**
**Job Objective:** Ensure that all employees receive adequate training in their respective operations and obtain certification through the validation of their knowledge, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Review and Validation of Work Instructions:** Ensure that work instructions are reviewed, approved, and followed properly by employees.
+ **Follow-up with New Hires:** Provide ongoing support and follow-up to new employees during their onboarding process.
+ **Induction and Equipment Training:** Instruct employees in induction courses and the proper use of specific equipment.
+ **Training and Certification of Personnel:** Ensure that all employees are trained and certified in the necessary competencies to perform their duties.
+ **Control and Follow-up of Certified Personnel:** Keep track of certified employees, ensuring that certification renewal deadlines and requirements are met.
+ **Management of Certification Records:** Organize and maintain certification records for employees, especially for new hires.
+ **Preparation of Certification Reports:** Create and update reports related to certified personnel.
+ **Development of Procedural Manuals:** Assist in the creation and updating of manuals for processes and procedures within the company.
+ **Internal Course Promotion:** Ensure all employees are informed about the availability of internal courses and training.
+ **Compliance with Daily Interviews:** Ensure that daily interviews with employees are conducted in accordance with company policies.
+ **Support in Employee Messaging Services:** Assist with managing internal messaging services for employees.
+ **Follow-up on Special Programs:** Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of special training programs.
+ **Training on New Equipment:** Provide training for the use of new equipment in the plant.
+ **Compliance with Safety Regulations:** Ensure adherence to safety policies, standards, and procedures applicable to the plant.
+ **Follow-up on ISO 9000 Procedures:** Ensure that procedures related to ISO 9000 certification are properly followed.
+ **Support in Course Logistics:** Provide logistical support in organizing and following up on training courses.
**Authority:**
+ Responsible for the training and certification of personnel.
**Basic Requirements:**
+ **Education:** High school diploma or completed technical career.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years with the company or 1 year in a similar position.
+ **Skills:**
+ Ability to deliver courses and train groups.
+ Capability to manage groups of people.
+ Leadership and motivational skills.
+ Proactive and innovative.
+ Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
+ Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.
+ Teamwork and collaboration.
**Desirable Requirements:**
+ **Education:** Completed university degree.
+ **Knowledge:**
+ Proficiency in the English language.
+ Previous experience as a trainer or instructor.
+ Knowledge of IPC 610 standards.
+ Knowledge of IPC 7711 repair procedures.
This position is crucial for ensuring the proper training of personnel and the necessary certification to meet company quality and safety standards.
