We are looking for a talented professional to join our Training team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The Training Analyst will be responsible for designing and structuring training processes, sharing knowledge, and providing analytical support to enhance the team's capabilities.
We will count on you to:
Develop and implement training programs focused on insurance knowledge and process improvement.
Analyze training needs and create structured training materials to facilitate understanding.
Collaborate with leaders to empower them in effectively training their teams.
Communicate complex processes in a digestible manner to ensure clarity and understanding.
What you need to have:
A minimum of 6 months of experience in the insurance industry.
A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, or related fields.
Proficiency in English (B2 level) and strong analytical skills.
