About the Role
The role’s main objective is to support the successful delivery of our organization’s learning and development agenda.The role is also responsible for the successful planning, organization and completion of all learning-related administrative tasks and responsibilities while playing a key role in ensuring the comprehensive capture and analyzing of data, maintaining dashboards and driving process improvement initiatives within the Talent and Learning and Development space.
End-to-end management of all back-office/administrative tasks relating to all training programs. These would include but not limited to:
Enrolment
Training room setup
Trainer logistics
Managing training calendar – invitations and circulation of materials
Capturing attendance
Payments
Driving functional learning enrolment capture across the organization to ensure functional learning within departments are captured accurately and comprehensively.
Working back with Learning and Development Manager to manage vendor relationships, service agreements and training logistics.
Supporting the planning and design of the organization-level Training Calendar.
Managing and maintaining all talent and learning-related reporting, metrics, and dashboards
Lead process improvement initiatives in the Talent and Learnings space to increase efficiency of reporting, logistical processes and more.
Managing administration of the Third-Party Management system.
Successfully supporting all activities relating to the execution of Training Calendar programs.
Successfully supporting our enterprise-level Talent, Learning and Development strategy.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Learning Admin and Reporting experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email.
Numerically and grammatically accurate.
Experience working back with learning vendors.
Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR COEs and line leaders
Skilled communicator through written reporting.
Commercially aware; proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage responsibility.
Exposure to the following will be an added advantage :
- Power BI
- Workday Learning
- Data Analytics
- HRDF management
A proven track record of managing and successfully organising training programs.
Has a data-driven mindset, using analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Adaptable, innovative, and able to continuously update and evolve approach based on the changing needs of the organization.
Able to work individually in collaboration with stakeholders towards achieving planned objectives.
Thrives in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines.
