We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Administrator in the Training & Development Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and organization of training activities and department-managed initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and education, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Schedules and administers offerings through Cornerstone learning management software (LMS).Issues follow up correspondence as necessary through MS Outlook.Supports special initiatives managed the department with logistical and organizational support.Interfaces with Discipline Managers and Leads to coordinate upcoming training schedules.Manages logistics through Outlook and Teams which includes attendance recording, lunch arrangements and AV notifications.May help with MS Teams Breakout rooms, polls and meeting notes.This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. You'll spend three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days. Dependent upon your location, this opportunity offers a generous relocation package.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Minumum of 3 years of work experience, experience in administering a Learning Management System is a plusUnderstanding of Learning Management Systems, preferably experience with Cornerstone LMSA high school diploma (or equivalent), instructional design classes are valued but not required.Strong detail orientation focusThe ability to manage concurrent events.Professional and responsive communication skills.A basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.Award-Winning Benefits
