**Job Overview:**
The Training Adm has established Training (Fab) to perform various day-to-day activities. The Training Adm can recognize and solve typical Fabrication problems with limited supervisory approval. They are tasked with evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Their work directly impacts their team through the quality of the services or information provided.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with department managers to identify training and competency needs and create training and competency plans for each individual within the fabrication teams
+ Schedule and coordinate technical training and competency programs, workshops, and seminars
+ Liaise with internal and external training and competency providers to organize training and competency sessions and ensure all logistical requirements are met
+ Monitor the progress and completion of training and competency activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation
+ Administer online learning platforms and manage training and competency databases to track employee training and competency histories
+ Assist in the development of training and competency materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
+ Conduct research to identify relevant training and competency content and resources in the fabrication industry
+ Support the delivery of training and competency sessions, ensuring smooth logistics and technical setup
+ Collect and analyze feedback from training and competency participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training and competency programs
+ Provide general administrative support related to training and competency, such as maintaining training and competency calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing invoices
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fabrication-related role within the EPCI industry
+ Familiarity with fabrication processes and terminologies used in the EPCI industry
+ Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers
+ Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms
+ Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
+ Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining training and competency records and documentation
+ Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment
