Our Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a **Trainer Production 3** to join our ASTAR (Aeronautics Systems Training for Advanced Refinement) team in **Iuka, Ms.** **Essential Functions:** Performs on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participates in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintains rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees. **Basic Qualifications:** + High school diploma & 4 years of additional relevant experience in either electrical, systems, hydraulic or composite work + Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or Top-Secret Clearance, as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
