You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. **The Trainer is responsible for:** + Delivering face to face and / or virtual classroom training, creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that all associates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching and feedback to achieve the learning objectives. + Creating training programs and materials to equip all associates with the knowledge and skills needed to meet business requirements. + Providing new hire/onboarding training as well as ongoing training and coaching to associate. + Identifying and communicating errors, gaps, or inaccuracies in the training materials and providing innovative solutions. + Analysing complex technical problems and delivering solutions where precedent may not exist. + Assembling and distributing course materials and teaching aids. + Point of contact for all inquiries regarding training schedules. + Operating audio visual equipment during training programs. + Maintaining administrative records related to training and communicating this information to operations leaders and corporate functions as required. + Supporting the Manager, Delivery with operational tasks and projects as required. + Supervising and mentoring associates to support them in reaching the project’s targets. **The ideal candidate:** + Demonstrates fluency in English (C1 level); knowledge of an additional European language (such as French, Spanish, or Italian) is a strong advantage; + Experienced trainer in a contact center or customer service environment. + Experienced delivering new hire training, upskill training and coaching. + A natural leader who can inspire and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Able to use clear communication skills to influence others. + Experience delivering training in multilingual operations. + Affinity with or an interest in the automotive sector is highly desirable. + Understands how to recognise and improve efficiency within Training and across the operation. + Team player: collaborative and supportive and engaging with excellent Listening, questioning and delivery skills. + Target oriented with good business acumen. + Creative and analytic. + Is available for a hybrid work model based in Iasi on a Monday-Friday basis. May include occasional late, night or weekend shifts if required. + Shows flexibility and commitment to working in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule; + Possesses strong leadership qualities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and effective people management; + Displays a high level of motivation, adaptability, and sound decision-making in dynamic environments; + Has excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; + Is experienced in training delivery and demonstrates a customer-centric approach in all interactions; + Is proficient in MS Office and capable of using customer service platforms and databases with efficiency. **What we offer:** + Attractive salary; + Permanent contract; + On-site /Hybrid work model; + Full-time contract; + **Work schedule:** This role requires availability to work onsite in Iasi when delivering instructor-lead training.
