Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks a Sales/Design Studio Trainer for our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. 

 

What is the opportunity?

 

The Sales/Design Studio Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering instructor-led training sessions and on-demand courses to improve the sales teams’ ability to achieve company goals. As a coach the Sales/Design Studio Trainer will inspire Sales teams while cultivating an environment of skill development and continual learning. Sales teams include Online, Onsite, and Design Studio employees. This role will also be responsible for communication efforts in support of the National Sales and Design Studio departments and report into the National Sales Department.

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

Create and Deliver Content Serve as a subject matter expert on new home sales or Design Studio interior option selling skills and the overall customer journey, homebuilding process, and Sales and Design Studio software. Develop training sessions on Sales or Design Studio related topics, techniques, procedures, and software.Create and maintain a training and development curriculum for new Design Studio employees or maintain the training and development curriculum for new Online and Sales employees. Deliver multi-day instructor-led training across the country both virtual and in person.Collaborate on all aspects of content creation, development, and ongoing support for your discipline area, as well as across the larger Sales network.Evaluate the effectiveness of training, making changes for continual improvement. Manage existing library of training content and employee resources and make updates as processes or technology change.Coaching Learn Toll Brothers’ business practices and applications to assist team members in their Sales fieldWelcome new Online, Onsite, and Design Studio Sales hires and guide them through onboarding programs Travel to designated sites to conduct training for our teamsPartnership Collaborate across departments throughout the organization to develop trainingInteract with Online, Onsite, and Design Studio Sales and Management teams for individual coaching and problem-solvingLeverage expertise from Online, Onsite, and Design Studio teams in the field as a network of training championsCommunicate Clearly Break down complex subject matter into easy-to-understand concepts to effectively communicate to diverse audiencesUtilize creative approaches to connect and motivate teams through a variety of channels and multimediaIdentify problems and proactively develop and implement training solutionsLearning Management System (LMS) administration Create and maintain training schedules, notifications, and reports Manage content and ensure it is engaging for usersSchedule sessions, enrollments, and reporting
