About the Role
负责协助机构营销员渠道新人发展工作的推动与执行作为公司业务发展的重要推动者，您需要：
1、推动新人发展规划的落地执行和新人发展目标的达成；
2、新人销售及客户经营平台运作；
3、 实施组织新人培训；
4、维护、推动新人荣誉体系，进行新人典范案例的宣传和推广；
5、 督导新人经委会验收和赋能；
6、 实施新人相关内勤导师&外勤讲师培养；
7、为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。
我们希望您具备以下特质：
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 具备一定的保险行业经验，有研究产品及产品培训经验；
3. 表达能力佳，学习能力强，良好的人际沟通能力和协调组织能力。
