Follow-up of administrative activities related to training to improve learning processes in the dual model.

Principal Activities Manage training matrix Provide feedback on AMS platform (check that reports are uploaded, manage student training) Generate interactive quizzes in forms Place purchase orders for materials in SAP (sap knowledge desirable) Schedule mandatory courses in LMS platform Prepare documentation linking dual models Make presentations in Spanish and English (courses taught, projects worked on during the month, reports) Update training plans in Cad.

 

Scholarship, experience, knowledge and skills. Industrial, mechanical/mechatronic engineer or related. Knowledge of SAP system desirable. Handling of office automation software. Handling of Microsoft forms English level B1/B2 Teamwork, initiative, commitment. Technical knowledge in pneumatic hydraulics
