Job Responsibilities:
As a Purchasing Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Purchasing at MAGNA. During the NextGen Talent Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.
Who we are looking for
Fluent in English
Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
First work experience through internships and/or working student positions, ideally in the automotive industry
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on Procurement & Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics Management, or a related field
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with knowledge of procurement strategies and cost optimization
