Job Responsibilities:

As an Operations Trainee, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Business Development at MAGNA. During the Magna NextGen Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Management, Lean Management or similar 

Fluent in English and German 

Willingness to learn and take over responsibility 

First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in Operations
