Identify, analyze and perform the best legal services, by providing the organization the expertise and standards to rightly navigate a challenging legal landscape while enabling the company to deliver superior and balanced growth, in the right way.

 

Who will you report to: Head of Legal

 

Location: Vialonga, Portugal

 

Duration: Starting date: September 2025, 12 Months of Professional Internship Contract 

 

Your responsibilities: 

Develop all activities related to the design and deliver of a full due diligence in all real estate of the companies;

Builds relationships of trust and creates communication channels with and between different functions;

Proactively advises on actions to improve our legal delivery and experience for managers and peers;

Support internal clients, using the appropriate channels to provide the best legal advice, while taking care of process and internal client’s experience.

 

We want you to bring:

Bachelor degree in Law - Requirement

1st year of Master’s  degree in Business Law or Law & Management completed – Requirement;

Maximum 1 year of experience in Legal

Excellent communication skills; 

Portuguese & English, written and spoken (Fluent level);

Good Communication Skills;

Experience in associations and extra activities it is a plus  

Proactive in identifying and solving problems mindset;

Have the necessary documentation to provide subordinate work in Portugal at the time of application (elimination factor)
