You’ll be part of a high-performing Analytics team that supports business functions with data-driven insights and tools.

About the Role

We are offering Trainee/Junior position in our 12-month Analytics Engineering Development Program, designed to launch your career in the dynamic field of data and analytics. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about solving real-world business problems using data.

You will be assigned to the Supply Chain team, where you’ll support ongoing analytics initiatives by maintaining and enhancing existing solutions, fixing bugs, and developing new tools based on stakeholder needs. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data preparation, ETL processes, and data visualization using tools like Alteryx, AWS, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight.

Start Date: August–September 2025

In this role, a typical day will include:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.Support and enhance existing analytics tools by identifying and resolving bugs.Develop new data pipelines and dashboards tailored to business requirements.Participate in end-to-end analytics projects, from data extraction to visualization.Work with tools such as Alteryx, AWS, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight.Analyze data from SAP and Salesforce to deliver actionable insights.Contribute to BI best practices and documentation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and transformation.Basic understanding of data engineering or BI concepts.Familiarity with tools like Tableau, QuickSight, Alteryx, or AWS is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Team player with excellent communication skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

Experience working with SAP or Salesforce data.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.Interest or background in Supply Chain processes.
