We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving our business processes to enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance. You will work closely with various departments to understand their workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive business value. + Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compliance data from various sources to create performance dashboards and generate regular reports for management. + Internal Auditing: Conduct periodic audits of Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices to ensure adherence to REPSE classification and documentation policies. + Risk Identification: Identify compliance risks, patterns, and systemic issues through data analysis, and escalate findings to the REPSE Office Manager. + Process Automation & Improvement: Drive the automation of metrics and continuously improve data collection and reporting processes for greater efficiency. **Education Level:** Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields + Expert in process documentation and data analytics. + Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools. + Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL). + Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations using tools like Power Query (Excel), Power BI, or Matplotlib (in Python). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent English required). + Ability to manage urgent situations and follow priorities. + Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. **Requisition ID** : 50851
