The Ford Champ (Trainee) Assembly is a developmental position designed for young talents interested in applying engineering principles to the assembly process of electric power transmission units. This position will provide comprehensive exposure to manufacturing processes, assembly quality validation, production equipment maintenance, and the implementation of quality and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to ensure excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Maintenance within Ford operations.
