DescriptionThis is a varied and diverse role suited to a technically minded IT enthusiast with a drive to problem solve, test, and implement new systems.
Key Responsibilities\nBecome familiar with the Company policies and processes.\nFront line support for various in-house IT requests, including IT setups, system queries, and liaison with the central IT helpdesk.\nAssist in the administration of various systems and applications, such as setting up new users and updating various trackers. \nUpholding the Company’s IT policies and procedures as outlined in the IT controls policy.\nProvide support to the IT and Operations team in the planning, testing and implementation of IT or system related projects. This will involve working with internal stakeholders across the wider business.\nWorking with the business to expand system reporting tools and test existing reporting suite for compatibility with other local applications.\nEnsure trackers are updated on a regular basis and all tasks are completed in a timely manner to uphold the organisations overall IT security.\nWork as part of a team and communicate with your team members and line manager regularly.\nAny ad-hoc duties as necessary.\n
Experience / QualificationsThis is an entry level role, and candidates are not expected to have any prior knowledge in this field. Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, preferably.
