BUILD SMART ACADEMY - SUSTAINABILITY | P&DS TÉTRIS PROGRAMME 2025|2026ABOUT THE PROGRAMMEThe Build Smart Academy is the 7th edition of JLL's graduate program, tailored specifically for P&DS Tétris' Sustainability area. This 12-month paid internship initiative aims to develop new talent within P&DS Tétris' unique environment, with special focus on sustainable solutions. The program focuses on assisting with data collection and analysis for ongoing sustainability assessments, namely sustainability certifications and climate risk assessments, support the implementation of new sustainability services and prepare sustainability reports and communications materials.

P&DS Tétris is JLL's a JLL departament in Project and development servives and architecture & Fit Out projects for commercial development, retail spaces, hotels, and offices. By combining theoretical learning with practical application, the Build Smart Academy prepares the next generation of professionals to excel in creating sustainable solutions in the dynamic world of construction and real estate, aligning with JLL commitment to innovation, sustainability and client-centric solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE• Recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or Sustainability-related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and dynamic personality
• Sense of responsibility
• Curiosity and learning capacity
• Good IT skills in Office suite and AutoCAD
• Interest in sustainable building practices and green certifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Support the development of Sustainability assessment methodologies;
• Perform Environmental data analysis and reporting;
• Support processes on green building standards and certifications;
• Perform technical studies such as Climate Risk Assessments, LCA, Energy/Thermal Modelling, etc.
• Support engagement with our internal network of sustainability leads, to facilitate the continued commercialization of sustainability across our services and business;
