Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® and ZonePerfect® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life. **PRIMARY FUNCTION** + Support the Environmental, Health and Safety function for Asia Pilot Plant and ANRD Singapore Biopolis site. + Support the development, planning and implementation of site EHS programs and roadmaps within the site. + Support to ensure site is compliant to local regulation requirements, global EHS requirements and site EHS procedures. Perform gap assessment, if required. + Support to perform periodic reviews of EHS standard operating procedures, inventories and technical standards. Perform gap assessment, if required. + Support to conduct relevant EHS training and preparing relevant training materials for the site. + Manage, coordinate, schedule all ES related trainings and certifications for ANRD employees. + Recommends corrective action, preventive action where environmental, health and safety hazards exist. + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are achieves, and that work completed meets the high degree of accuracy and compliance required. **MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES** + Stay updated of emerging compliance risks and communicate key changes to the impacted employees. + Coordinate and execute routine EHS activities such as a) EHS Committee Meetings, b) EHS Site Walkdowns, c) EHS Awareness Events & Campaigns, d) EHS Newsletter, e) EHS Continuous Improvement and f) Local Regulatory Permit & Licenses. + Support site security matters, if required. + Support both manufacturing operations and Biopolis site operation efforts, when needed and ensuring EHS compliance and global quality standards are in place. + Support any audit initiatives, as required. + Work effectively and cooperatively with other; establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate the accomplishment of work objectives. + Embrace Abbott's Core Values, Abbott Nutrition and ANRD behavior + Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** + Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline is preferred. + Knowledgeable in Singapore local regulations associated with Environment, Health and Safety. + Well-versed in sing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI, Power Automate, Canva Designing Software. + Problem solving and decision making skills + Good organizational and presentation skills + Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels. + Good team player with initiative + Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and stay focused effectively.
