We are looking for a Trainee, Customer Activation Process, Hiab Services to support the Global Process Owner for Lifecycle Opportunity Management at Hiab Services. This hands-on role provides real-world experience in business process development, customer engagement, and digital tool enablement within a global industrial environment.
This position will be based in Helsinki, Finland.
Main tasks and responsibilitiesWe believe that development happens by doing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in process improvement, digital tools, and customer engagement. Your focus will be on supporting customer activation and lifecycle engagement processes by:
Documenting service processes and creating rollout materials
Supporting the planning and follow-up of internal workshops
Gathering and structuring input from markets and stakeholders
Helping prepare training or support content for countries and Customer Support Centres (CSC)
Organising and analysing customer and equipment data to support lifecycle engagement
Assisting with automation initiatives (e.g. bots, structured outbound communication)
Identifying relevant data sets and helping structure them for use
Maintaining checklists, templates, and internal guidance documentation
What you’ll need to succeedCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
A curious and structured individual who enjoys simplifying complexity
Proactive and comfortable working autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Any experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Jira, or Confluence is considered an advantage
Interest or background in service operations, business process development or customer activation
Bonus: Interest in automation tools, chatbots, or customer journey design

Be introduced to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with the opportunity to complete the official Hiab Yellow Belt curriculum
