Position Overview & Responsibilities:\n
This position will be responsible for leading operational excellence at multiple company trailer wash locations in four mid-western states. The Trailer Wash Operations Manager will provide leadership to location managers, and drive the effective management and execution for a team of approximately 35 individuals to support organizational needs focused on safety, capacity, quality and efficiency. This individual will be expected to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and seek out innovation to develop solutions to further the vision of the wash operations. A strong contribution to strategic and business planning will be expected of the individual in this role.\n
This position will be located in the Sleepy Eye office with fair travel requirements to meet objectives.\n

What You Will Do:\n\nEstablish and maintain safety, bio-security, quality, and operational protocols and standards for the trailer wash department.\nEstablish and implement strategies to develop trailer wash managers and staff to support career objectives and organizational leadership needs.\nDevelop strong relationships with key department leaders to ensure collaborative working partnerships engaged in the timely identification and improvement of business issues.\nDevelop and manage relationships with contract carriers, wash infrastructure maintenance and repair vendors, and commercial wash vendors to establish quality standards and maintain operations.\nEngage in development of business plans, budgets and strategic planning to support continuous improvement and the evolving needs of the organization.\nSeek out, research and implement technology and tools to drive continuous improvements in KPI's focused on safety, quality, cost, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.\nEstablish relationships with industry peers to benchmark opportunities and maximize CF's competitiveness.\nImplement and uphold maintenance and repair schedules of all trailer wash facilities and equipment.\nOversee data\/reporting processes relative to trailer washes to ensure the needs of the business are fulfilled and monitored.\n\n
