This role is responsible for managing Perry Site Traffic Center activities in the area of Safety and Customer Service and leading the Business Unit in the absence of the Business Unit Leader. Lead 3 to 5 direct reports who supervise the Perry Traffic Customer Service and Off-shift Resource Support teams. The Traffic Support Manager is accountable for removing obstacles, solving problems, setting direction and empowering the Traffic Resource team and other team members to achieve their performance improvement results. In addition, the Traffic Support Manager must be fully aligned as a technical and professional resource to help achieve Traffic and S&D goals in the areas of safety, cost, quality and service to customers. Responsibilities Lead team of 3 to 5 frontline managers and roughly 170 OTR Drivers and hourly technicians in a S&D environment Accountable for all performance measures within department (across multiple shifts) Provide leadership for team in developing goals and achieving continuous improvement targets Responsible for customer service for our Sales team Responsible for overall day to day operation ensuring that daily plans are being executed and deliveries are being made in a timely manner Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
