**Overview**
Boomerang Agency, is looking for an energetic and structured Traffic Manager to join our team. Having a helicopter view is your second nature, this because you’ll be responsible for planning and managing the Creative and Design workload. You’ll ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time - all while keeping deadlines and priorities in check. Efficient use of time is key!
**Responsibilities**
**What** **you** **will do**
As our Traffic Manager for the Design & Creative departments, you are the crucial link between them and Client Services. Your day to day ' _go_ _-_ _to's_ ’ will be the Project Lead of each Boomerang team, the Business Director, our Operations Manager and the Post / Production department. You make sure projects run smoothly and stay within time and scope - even when the pressure is on. Your goal? To take the quality of Project Management to a higher level. You are part of the Operations team and play a key role in bringing clarity and structure to our fast-paced environment.
**Respo** **nsibilities**
+ Efficient planning for internal resources for realizing high-volume, social-first creative campaigns;
+ Act fast on last-minute requests;
+ Monitoring budgets and keep track of whether work is still within scope and timelines;
+ Identify and resolve planning or capacity issues before they become bottlenecks;
+ Act as the go-to person for the Creative and Design team's availability;
+ Support ongoing improvements in workflow and operations processes.
**Qualifications**
**Who you are**
You’re a natural organizer with a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of creative workflows. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and know how to bring calm and clarity to chaos. You’re confident, proactive, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
In addition:
+ You have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (Traffic and/or Studio Manager, Resource Planner, or equivalent) at a (social) creative agency;
+ You’re able to juggle multiple projects, shifting priorities as needed;
+ You have experience in setting up, planning, adjusting and guiding creative workstreams;
+ You speak and write fluent English and Dutch;
+ A good (freelance) network in our Dutch creative industry is a plus;
+ Bonus points if you’re familiar with tools like Airtable, Teamleader and/or Guru.
