What You'll Do + Direct traffic flow safely and efficiently at designated areas using hand signals and signs. + Manage traffic control equipment, including signs, barricades, and other devices. + Interact courteously with drivers, pedestrians, and event attendees. + Ensure your punctual and consistent attendance during scheduled shifts. + Assist with additional tasks as needed to maintain traffic order. Qualifications + Possess a willingness to stand in assigned location and direct traffic. + Possess a commitment to attendance and punctuality. + Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours), repetitively hold signs and/or flags, have the ability to use and raise arms to chest height in order to direct traffic. + Must be physically able to move and place any signage in appropriate location. + Ability to work in a fast paced environment. + Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures. + Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including wind, rain, cold, snow, heat, etc
