Job Summary
As a Trade Liefcycle Associate in the OTC Derivatives Settlement team, you oversee the complete settlement lifecycle for IRS, CDS, and ESW products. You ensure timely, accurate processing, maintain strong stakeholder communication, and drive process improvements. You lead operational initiatives, manage risks, and support team development in a high-pressure environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end settlement of OTC Derivatives (IRS, CDS, ESW)Ensure timely and accurate trade processing and reconciliationDrive KPI adherence and service excellence across operationsMaintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholdersEscalate risks and issues with actionable solutionsExecute and oversee payment processing and break resolutionPerform Nostro account investigations and resolve breaksMonitor and resolve liquidity and funding issuesParticipate in firm-wide initiatives and strategic projectsConfirm trade details and maintain data integrityUtilize and improve technical infrastructure and workflow tools

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Hold a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate minimum 8 years of financial services experienceApply strong knowledge of OTC Derivatives settlements (IRS, CDS, ESW)Understand post-trade operations and ISDA documentationDemonstrate proficiency in Excel and relevant settlement systemsGrasp derivative products and their role in risk managementManage complex workflows and deliver under pressureCommunicate effectively and solve problems with stakeholders
