Location: San Francisco; Hybrid Salary: $90-120k + Bonus Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half is partnering with a boutique, San Francisco-based multi-family office that provides tailored financial solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This firm delivers a comprehensive range of services, including investment advisory, retirement planning, lending strategies, and customized family office support. Responsibilities: + Support senior investment professionals in the construction and implementation of customized portfolios, including strategy shifts and capital deployment plans + Gain and apply a deep understanding of the firm’s investment philosophy, proprietary models, asset classes, and product offerings + Conduct company- and security-level investment analysis in response to client inquiries or internal research needs + Execute client-directed trades across equities, fixed income, and options in coordination with the Investment Management team + Prepare and maintain comprehensive client performance reports, balance sheets, and related investment documentation + Oversee and manage performance tracking for private investments, including communication with external managers + Assist in preparing alternative investment subscription documents and managing related workflows + Collaborate with the Client Service team to facilitate cash movements, including client-requested withdrawals and strategic cash deployment + Monitor client portfolios for cash drag, rebalancing needs, and tax-loss harvesting opportunities, proactively surfacing insights to the investment team + Review portfolio holdings for potential enhancement or optimization opportunities, presenting research and recommendations to senior team members + Provide operational support to the broader Investment Team, including coordination of internal projects and workflows + Manage private fund operations administration by liaising with third-party fund administrators and ensuring accurate recordkeeping Requirements + Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional work experience + Black Diamond or other portfolio rebalancer experience preferred + Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel + Experience with securities and portfolio analysis + Strong interest in investments and portfolio management + Detail-oriented and analytical + Responds to client communications within 24 hours with most responses within the same day, if possible + Active Series 65 license (or equivalent) required, or must attain within 3 months Excited about the role?
