As a Trading Services Analyst within the Trading Services team, you will play a key role in supporting front office and client-facing stakeholders. You will act as a liaison between business, technology, control partners, and operations, ensuring smooth trade execution and resolution of inquiries. You will investigate issues, monitor trade flows, and reconcile trades using our trading platforms and systems. In this role, you will communicate solutions effectively across multiple channels and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Job Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globallyMonitor ongoing support needs to address changes and gapsDrive continuous improvement efforts, while reducing risk across all touch-points in the trade pathEnsure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiriesAddress ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front officeFacilitate training for new application usersWork with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum two years of financial industry experienceProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologiesStrong discipline and ability to execute assignments independentlyA team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalismAttention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate with all levels within the Line of BusinessStrong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHTWork Setup: Full Time Onsite
