Trade & Working Capital-Payments- Client Solutions Senior Associate

 As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Trade & Working Capital – Product Solutions Delivery team, you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Draw on client feedback and support the channeling, modification, and technical design and adaptation of large-scale solutions.

Job responsibilitiesExecutes the configuration and modification of the firm’s existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use casesDevelops training and collateral to support the Sales teamOversees the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to support the Solutions team in delivering impactful solutionsEngages with technical roles on the client team to field and answer product queries Work in collaboration with the Product origination teams to structure appropriate facilities in support of ambitious revenue targetsManages overall implementation process and booking system set-up to establish facilities in accordance with the facility documentsEnsures adherence to all transactional control conditions established to minimize operational risk and to be able to identify areas where such risks may develop where transactional controls may need to be developed or adjustedManages facilities in compliance with contractual arrangements including timely and accurate reporting and post close administrationProduces all necessary metrics for external/internal reportingActs as the focal point for internal stakeholders including Risk Management, Credit, Credit Middle Office, Sales, Product and OperationsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related productsProficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycleExperience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineersDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization Ability to work in a global team environment, across multiple disciplines and locationsExperience supporting the technical design of products or technology applicationsPractical knowledge of the products and understanding/experience of structured transactions; thorough loan agreements understanding Managing work flow to ensure timely execution of new deals is important as time to revenue is a key Performance IndicatorExcellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Advanced understanding of Trade preferred Ability to demonstrate relevant product and industry experience, with knowledge of corporate finance, corporate credit, regulatory and legal riskProficiency in customized data analytics, advanced working knowledge of Excel (macros, pivots, and graphs) and PowerPoint applications
